Walk For Life 2008

So even though I don't actually work at the Centre any longer, Chris & I & Peter still headed out to the Wesleyan Church at 7:30 on Saturday morning for the Walk.

We love Kristin!!

Our friend Kristin, who lives just a few houses away (and being the sharp cookies that we are, we just realized this last week...we only met like a year ago), made Peter this lovely diaper cover from an old wool sweater she had. Isn't it beautiful!!

Peter's First Hike

Being the outdoorsy people that we are, it seemed only logical that Peter would start his hiking career early. Last Sunday was a gorgeous day so we took a drive over to the Dobson Trail here in beautiful Riverview.




Yes, the little guy slept through the whole thing!

3 weeks old already!!

So we're not entirely sure what happened to the last 3 weeks! Our little guy is doing great. He weighed 8lbs, 7 oz. at his 2 week appointment. He was supposed to have regained his birthweight by 2 weeks old and he was 4 oz. over...go Mommy milk!! :)




Peter met his other set of great-grandparents a couple weeks ago (he met my grandparents at the hospital the day he was born).
